PROMAC ENGINEERING INDUSTRIES LIMITED was established in the early Seventies and is presently a well known heavy engineering company, manufacturing Rotary Kiln & Vertical Shaft Kiln Technology Cement Plants, Bulk Material Handling Plants, Coal Handling Plants, Mineral Beneficiation Plants, Sinter Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Sugar Plants, etc., on turn-key basis. PROMAC established collaboration with M/s. Nihon Cement Co. (NCC) of Japan in the year 1987 as their licensees in India for all NCC Technologies connected to cement plants including the DDF calciner and ASANO Vertical roller mills. Subsequently this collaboration was extended to .M/s. Taiheiyo Engineering Corporation (TEC) formed by the merger of M/s. Nihon Cement Co., M/s. Onoda Engineering & M/s. Chichibu Engineering. Under the existing collaboration Promac can take up Rotary Cement Plant Projects execution up to 6000 Tonnes per Day capacity on turn key basis. PROMAC can supply most modern technology cement plants with TEC’S RSP (Reinforced Suspension Pre heater)/DDF(Dual Combustion & Denitration Furnace) Calciner and Asano Vertical Roller Mills for limestone and coal grinding, targeting the total power consumption @ 80 – 100 Units/ Tonne of Cement and fuel consumption in the range of 700 – 800 K-Cal/Kg. Clinker. PROMAC is located in Bangalore, having its manufacturing workshops, offices, etc., within one roof. It has a total plant area of 80,000 Sq.mtr., equipped with heavy machine shop, heavy fabrication facilities, supported by an Engineering Department, having a team of dedicated & experienced engineers with fully computerized designs & operations to handle the engineering aspect of turnkey Project. PROMAC has a total work force of approximately 489 people. PROMAC has also got well established Erection & Commissioning Department with dedicated and experienced engineers, headed by experienced Erection Managers, who will look after erection & commissioning of the projects and also providing after-sales-service to all our customers.
