Job Description
- Qualification: B.E. Mech / M.Tec in Mechanical Engineering, Position DGM Maintenance Reporting to - Unit head Experience: 20-22 Years, Chemical/Agrochemical/Specialty industry background, should have exposed to lead the team of 40Nos, experience in maintenance Sound knowledge in Graphite Heat exchanger/SS Condenser, Glass lined /SS equipments, Vacuum ejector system, Pumps metallic and nonmetallic & RVD, ANFD, Centrifuge, Steam Ejectors and Scrubbers, Mechanical seals & Selection of Seals Sound exposer in Preventive and Predictive maintenance, Planning and monitoring of plant equipment healthiness & regular monitoring and maintaining Safety devices Shall be familiar equipment specification, Annual Budget, inventory management, erection and commissioning experience will be given added preference Hands on experience on Equipments is must SS / MS / Glass lined re reactor, Mech Seal, Pumps, dryers, Filtration, Ejectors, Gearbox, Boiler, Cooling tower, compressor, Graphite condensers etc.
