Job Description

  • Would have to set up the target for the area based on the vehicular data available. Would have to visit the retail market and mechanics to build awareness on companys product range independently in the territory. Would plan and coordinate all product promotion activities e.g Retailers Meet, Mechanics Meet, Spot Campaigns, Van Campaigns , Road Shows, Exhibition etc in association with the concerned service engineer and regional manager. Ensure target achievement of all stockists/distributors monthly, quarterly and yearly. Ensure 100% collection of the amount due from the dealers in the area as per the credit policies of the company. Would be responsible to collect all C forms applicable from the channel partners for goods sold. Ensure advance sales planning part no wise of the stockists and forward the orders to HO well in advance. Ensure maximum fill rate with proper coordination with plants through HO. Would have to keep the trade informed on the existing / change of policies of the company from time to time. Would be responsible to coordinate all activities relating to any engagement programs for the retailers and the mechanics as may be launched by the company from time to time along with the service engineer of the zone and regional manager. Would be responsible to reach to maximum customer base and arrange for effective New Product Launches in the market along with the service engineer. Would be responsible to monitor and improve the market share on all product segments as per available potential of the territory. Would have to attend warranty and customer complaints as soon as it is reported to the company and ensure that the same is properly briefed and handed over to the technical service engineer for proper resolution. Would have to ensure regular secondary sales of the product range and assist in liquidating dealers inventory from time to time Would have to scout for and appoint new channel partners whenever required. Would have to send detailed weekly and daily reports to the concerned regional manager with major observations, competition activity and support required from HO. Specifically for engine parts
