Job Description

  • 1. Enquiry Generation Review 2. Proposal review perior to submision. 3. Sales Meetings & Strategy farmation 4. Order Booking 5. Compitation Handling 6. Building the long term association with key accounts Tasks & Activities: 1. Enquiry Generation Review: - Networking (Creation & Maintaining Relationship) with consultants, PMCs, Builders & Customers contractors - Successful Completion of value awareness meeting with Supervisors help & Unique presentation if requires. - Review the data base created by engineers on the template of the organization. 2. Proposal Review prior to submission: -Thorough understanding of the Project in terms technical, commercial, computations & all Influencers. - Collaborating with Estimation Engineer & Supervisor for Customer Appealing Offer Preparation, Submission & Follow up. - Provide the budgetary offer Supports to the Customer. - Maintaining The data base on the template of the organization. 3. Sales Meetings & Strategy Formation - - Guide the team to preparing for meetings via structured research about Targeted Project with the help of Supervisor. - Having Effective sales meetings in order to a) Understand the requirements & eco system of the clients b) Position UPSPL as the best choice to the client - Maintaining The data base on the template of the organization 4. Sales Conversion & Order Booking : - Negotiate WIN WIN deals - Maintaining profitability as per organization Index - Maintaining The data base on the template of the organization 5. Compitation Handling 6. Building the long term association with key accounts Development: Client Coordination:- -Be the interface between the customer & operation team. -Enhance the Skill of Research & Analysis of the project to be independent. Measurement Metrics:- 1. Achiveing order booking target of the branch (Value) 2. Achiveing order booking target of the branch (Numbers) 3. No of Influencers Added. 4. Gross Profit Booked>=20% 5. Hit Ratio (Order booking numbers/Offer sending Number)
