Job Description

Keep a close eye on finances and marketing in each store Planning & Achieving Revenue Target Understand their company's policies and guidelines Implement sales strategies and goals that are adhered to by each store Ensure planning and availability of the stocks Planning and adherence to SOPs Ensuring the deliveries and adherence to store audits via the team Hiring and training managers at each store Desired Candidate Profile Should have a direct store handling experience for at least 2-3 years Should have handled operations at a couple of stores independently Complete knowledge of store management Knowledge on Merchandising Conceptual knowledge - In terms of Store Handling &Supervision Creative and has strategic thinking in place - To forecast and plan regularly.
