• 4+ years experience in PeopleSoft programming in PeopleSoft Should showcase the functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Finance and CRM functional knowledge PeopleSoft Campus Solution functional knowledge will be added advantage Hands-on experience in PeopleSoft technologies: Application designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Application Package, Component interface, Integration Broker, Reporting, SQL database. Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills Can develop and support integration's, conversions, reports, workflow, and custom development in a PeopleSoft environment. Ability to diagnose, resolve, and document PeopleSoft system issues. Create new and modifying existing programs, features, and functionality for PeopleSoft Campus Solution Modules/any other modules. Design, code, and test program modules that meet design specifications and are well documented to meet all development standards and with quality and completeness Follow Change Management policies and procedures. Interact with analysts and end users to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems. Prepare and deliver recommendations to resolve problems. Must be a good team player Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment Excellent Communication, written & interpersonal skills Ability to facilitate meetings
