Job Description
- Ensure Availability of RIGHT Parts at RIGHT Time in the RIGHT Quantity for Production Planning & Scheduling to suppliers (Production / Spares/ Others) Supplier Delivery Schedule Monitoring & Action Plan Forecasting for Future Requirements for Parts Procurement for Emergency Marketing Requirements Supplier follow up experience in Auto OEM Desirable Shortage Report Generation & Action Plan for Production Plan- Weekly / Monthly Parts Collection planning from suppliers as per requirement Supplier visits as and when required Planning, Coordination & Management of JOB Work Parts & Sub Contract Suppliers Stock Reconciliation & Payment & Stock Accounting of JOB Work Parts Updation & Review of System Parameters for Smooth Scheduling Payment follow-up as required Regular Inventory Analysis & Ensuring Obsolescence is within Targets Line Stoppages to be within Targets MIS & Management reporting
