Job Description

• 1. Hands on experience on LV VFDs, HT VFDs preferably ABB, Vacon and TMEIC make products. Able to do preventive maintenance,troubleshooting in power, control circuits and drive modulesindependentlyand thorough knowledge on drive features and parameterisation is required. 2. Hands on experience on weighing systems like weigh feeders, Solid flow feeders,Multicor systems, Belt weighers, Bin weighing systems, weigh bridges etc. all weighing systems schenck make is preferable. Able to do preventive maintenance, trouble- shooting, calibrationindependently and thorough knowledge on system features and parameterisation is required. 3. Hands on experience on modern field instruments like smart pressure, temperature, diff pressure transmitters, Level Radars, Ultrasonic sensors, Level switches etc Able to do preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration independently. Rosemount, ABB, Siemens, E&H make is preferable. 4. Hands on experience on gas analyser systems like CO, O2, Sox, Nox. Able to do day to day maintenance, trouble shooting, calibration of analysers. Siemens, Fuji, ABB make is preferable. Experience on OCEMS like stack opacity instruments, AAQMS systems. Able to do preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration independently. 5. Knowledge on wiring schematic of PLCinputs and outputs preferably with siemens make PLC and FLS ECS systems. 6. Working experience on Electronic Roto packers, preferably with F800E controller and FLS VENTOCEM. Able to do preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration independently. 7. Working experience on Stacker & Reclaimer systems. Able to do preventive maintenance, troubleshooting independently.
