Job Description

  • Sales and Operations planning process Monitor movement of MS543 including accuracy at Supervisor level and initiate appropriative measures Review monthly completions and production and drive actions for improvement Review YTS ageing and drive actions for improvement Analyze and review Order book 3C trends with FL to improve short / long term 3C forecast accuracy Co-ordinate with FL to ensure 3C schedules are aligned before month end for accurate data in PoC template Bimonthly review for ensuring rolling 12 weeks 3C schedule dates are realistic and realistic order % are maintained above 98% Review of cost correction cases affecting reportings and sharing learnings to branches Ensure 3C confirmation and MCR delivery form are 100% for all delivery Check Sub contractor bill pendings are nil for work activity completed as per PO Order book quality Review overall order book quality through effective collaboration with Installation Managers, Installation Supervisors and Project Managers Review of OB on weekly basis for ensuring no dates in past, no overlaps and sequence of milestones Review long pending LUM & WIP ageing cases with branches on monthly basis PM review process Share Bi monthly report on project categorization and review process implementation Ensure adoption of review process and drive actions to strengthen reviews Monitor effective implementation of PM policy guidelines periodically Ensure Cost committee meeting are conducted at branches and MOM and Rate card maintained Conduct/Review consistency programs and drive improvement actions coordinating with relevant function New Initiatives Drive IRMA tool adoption and review result bi monthly with branches Drive 100% effective usage of IMT for updating of Milestone and usage of Letter and form to customer Responsible for training/retraining FL on any new initiatives towards 100% adherence Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter
