Job Description

  • Provide leadership and coordination of company Human Resource functions. Lead & develop a team to deliver excellent customer services. Responsible for design and delivery of people and organisational development strategies Management of change in support of the organisation's strategic and operational plans Must take initiatives which foster a high performance culture Acquired high-level understanding of the relevant business areas and designing new internal processes to take the business strategies forward. Build professional relationships with business units, creating an open and honest partnership environment. Set standards through benchmarking the best practices- Compensation & Benefits and Incentive structures. Deploy performance Management which creates a Performance driven organisation with clearly defined goals and measuring systems and process. Partners with business heads to facilitate high productivity achievement. Track staff movement, attrition and vacancies and ensure vacancies are filled within stipulated time using the most effective and cost efficient method and sources. Analyze MIS & business trends to effectively utilize resources & manage/improve productivity to achieve cost efficient environment. Define and Drive the Employee Engagement agenda. Always acts as employee champion including voicing employees' concerns in management meetings. Facilitating and driving the employee communication platforms Per Meeting performance Discussion, Annual etc. Drives process, policy, reporting compliance. Lead employees matters pertaining to transfers, promotions, separation
