Job Description
- Visit, all subscribed projects at pre-determined frequency, collect data and update the same in the system. Must have his own conveyance (Two wheeler, etc) Maintain consistency in data collection process. Assist the technical manager in APF reports, LIE (Lender Independent Engineer) valuation Reports, Project Valuation reports. Prepare monthly reports (project monitoring, corporate and retail valuations), submit it to the reporting manager. Ensure that assigned targets are met on time with no lapse in coverage of projects in the assigned region Proactively submit the work status report to the respective Reporting Manager This profile would require frequent travelling within the city and to other regions. Knowledge of Technical due diligence is an added advantage
