Job Description

  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule. 2. Assist with tax audits and tax returns (Income Tax, TDS, GST etc.) 3. Income Tax Return filing, GST Registration, Working, Payments and Return Filing as per Goods & Service Tax Act, 2017." 4. GST Reconciliation in case of Difference in Accounting with Return Data. 5. Statutory compliance analyzing, identifying gaps and ensuring complete compliance - monthly reporting 6. Prepare replies to scrutiny assessments, penalty notices, show cause A/C notices, advance tax notices, rectification letters, appeals. 7. Facilitating Internal Audit by ensuring that required details are available. 8. Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results 9. Any other Company law work. 10. Suggest improvements in processes to increase organizational effectiveness. 11. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality." 12. Resolving the queries raised by the team. 13. Discussion of issues raised in the internal audit report with the team and internal auditors 14. Finalizing the internal audit report in joint discussion of the internal auditor. 15. Follow-up for implementation of the recommendation made in the internal audit report. 16. Statutory Audit: Arranging and Facilitating Statutory Audit. 17. Discussion of query raised by the auditor and ensuring timely resolution of the same. 18. Following up with clients for receivables and facilitating the vendor payments. 19. Preparations of forms and arranging required documents and coordinating with banks for various payments, account statements and updating the details for the bank accounts etc. 20. Secretarial Compliance including, Company & LLP Formation, ROC Form Fillings
