- ER handling of Employees and stakeholder management, The job holder will manage the Settlement Desk for HSBC India workforce Ensure timely and error free processing of various operation activities related to the settlement desk and mitigate any operational risk/loss to the Bank. To improve operational efficiency of various HR Operational Processes. Interpretation of Rules governing the various payments and the Acts under which they are covered. Ability to organize, control and co-ordinate activities to ensure that the deadlines are always met. Ensure accurate & error free processing of payments & recoveries in the given short period. Due diligence to be exercised for the recoveries from the separated staff. Look at avenues/opportunities to reduce turn-around times & manual interventions by constantly generating solutions to problems and automating the same with the help of IT support. Ensure accurate calculation, proper recovery from employees and payments to statutory bodies as per the prescribed timeframe. Acts with courageous integrity and behaves according to RBS values during the day to day operations within the team Ensures adherence to established policies and procedures, and compliance with all internal controls and external regulatory requirements Works to streamline established HR operation process to increase efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery Reviews established HR policies to align with the changing needs of the support functions.
