Job Description

• Responsible For Processing Of Accounting Entries, Reimbursements And Payroll. * Responsible For Assisting Seniors In Tax And Compliances Including- Services Tax, TDS, EPF, ESIC, GST, Vat Etc. * Responsible For Preparing Year End Expense Reconciliation Reports And Monitors Resident Collections/ Credits. * Responsible For Making Accounting Entries In Tally Software. * Responsible For Initiating Late Payment Calls And Implements Late Payment Fees, Where Applicable. * Responsible For Checking Day To Day Bills With Supporting Related To Payments And Follow Up With The Concerned Person For Queries If Any. * Responsible For Preparation Of TDS Payment MIS On Monthly Basis And Payment Of TDS Along With Reconciliation Of TDS Ledgers. * Responsible For Assisting In Annual Budget Preparation And Year End Recoveries. * Responsible For General Accounting & Reconciliation. * Responsible For filling all the paperwork related to accounts. * Responsible For Posting Of Income & Expense Accounting Entries. * Responsible For Monitoring Accounts Receivables- Customer Reconciliation, Collection, Credit Control Etc. * Responsible For Daily Cash And Bank Transactions In Tally Software. * Responsible For Processing Of Vendors And Contractors Bills Relating To Projects, Sales & Marketing And Other General Admin Expenses. * Responsible For Maintaining Invoices Of All The Bills.
