Job Description
- Work as part of EUPHC / Digital Dispensary team towards facilitating the effective management and implementation of eUPHC/ Digital Dispensary functioning. Abide with the guidelines of eUPHC / Digital Dispensary guidelines. Work under the guidance and supervision of Lead- capacity building and QA to identify, plan and execute training requirements across designated eUPHCs / Digital Dispensary Job Role: Quality Manager Implementation of quality assurance standards laid by the protocols; maintain a regular quality assurance mechanism Monitor training programs for medical and paramedical staff of e UPHCs Conduct and monitor training on quality control in e UPHCs Program monitoring , review and regular analysis of CMIS/SIMS data to track achievement of physical and financial targets and Any other work assigned by the Controlling Officer Training Manager : Planning, organizing and monitoring of training of MOs, Nurses, Laboratory Technicians, Pharmacists and Data managers at Hubs and below. Coordinate with the HUBS for synchrony of the training in both the hubs Evaluation of trainings for the staff and generating training needs.
