Job Description

  • Job Description: We are Looking for an ambitious and energetic " Business Development Lead" to assume a position with us reporting to the Managing Director/Marketing Head and manage & support the sales efforts across the region to successfully achieve our regional strategy and grow sales of products and services by aligning Uttam Blastech capabilities to meet customer needs in order to grow our business and to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction. Location: Ranchi / Dhanbad, Mumbai and Delhi. Individual is expected to be stationed in the location or willing to relocate to the respective location. Skills: Should have excellent Communication Skills in both written and Verbal in English and Hindi. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Work PowerPoint). Should have good Time Management Skills. Understand the Client Requirements and able to draft the Requirements. Experience: 5-7 years Travel: Travel as per the need. Role and Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain professional relationships with both internal and external customers to successfully meet objectives and add value for customers. Work to achieve high levels of positive working relationships with customers to optimize sales of Uttam Blastech Products and Services. Deliver revenue, margin and market share goals through the development and execution of key account growth strategies. Observe industry and competitor activities to find areas for expansion and improvement of UBs products and services Ability to uncover and understand customer needs and align UB products and service to meet those needs. Identify, recommend, and implement initiatives to reduce the overall cost of doing business
