Job Description

• Experience in Education Company will be given preference. Manage all finance & accounting operations including Billing and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances. Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, MIS Reports. Coordinate the preparation of Branch wise collection and cost allocation Ensure smooth month-end and year-end close process closures Ensure control over financial transactions and financial reporting Manage and comply with local, state, and government reporting requirements and tax filings and GST Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls Additional controller duties as necessary Required Candidate profile Honest, Hardworking and dedicated Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, Banking, Taxation and Reporting principles Ability to meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Proficient in Tally and Excel Strong sense of discretion and confidentiality required Perks and Benefits PF and Incentives
