- Efficient utilization of Electrical Energy by Effective distributing lead on various machines. - Timely change over from K.E.B. to D.G. supply and viceversa. - Production of Electrical appliances - Improving of power factors by various methods. - Running Maintenance of electrical machine. - Breakdown, Preventive Maintenance of Motors, Drivers, Transformers, and Generators. - Liaison with K.E.B authorities. - Power Audit in Co-ordination with K.E.B. - Management Information System, - Indenting of spares, Cost Control. - Productivity, Waste Control, Human Relations, - Motivation, Safety and Team Building
