Job Description

• Prepare Material, Manpower & Equipment deployment plan for required progress under construction & EPC Contracts. 2. Preparation of Project Master Schedule in L2, L-3 & L-4 with Primavera software as well as updating the same. 3. Generate Periodical Progress Reports, like-exceptional reports, MPR & MIS for client & top management. 4. Preparation of weight age distribution, % progress reporting & S-Curve etc. 5. Responsible for Engineering & Procurement Co-ordination of EPC Projects 6. Monitor actual Progress vis--vis work front and regularly recommend resource deployment (Equipment & Manpower) 7. Review Site Progress vis--vis plan and analyse reasons for shortfall for preparing & recommending recovery plan. 8. Responsible for preparing Budget in consultation with Project Manager and upon approval carry out control of cost, based on assessment of the progress of the actual cost incurred & to project cost to complete balance activities Suggest Corrective Actions in case of delay /loss. 9. Engineering Sub-contractors bill checking against actual Progress. 10. Should be able to work out accurate estimates of likely monthly billing and prepare & submission of billing to client (engineering & procurement). 11. Regular co-ordination interdepartmental at site-consultant-client 12. MRM presentation preparation and submission to PM 13. Preparing and submitting Planning packages, Schedule of Rates, Invoice formats and other reports as per Bid requirements to PMC/Client for approval at initial stages of the project. 14. Preparation of delay analysis reports to PM as per requirements. 15. Support contract team for extra claim and EOT (extension of time) by providing required documents and schedules.
