- Qualification Graduate, materials management is preferred English Written & Verbal communication Good Experience 10-15 Years of hands on experience of stores and minimum 5 yrs of experience into multiple unit handling. Tally professiency is MUST Good understanding of Stores Documentation Understanding of Storage requirements Statutory Requirements of Logistics Knowledge of Invoicing, Challan, Returnable invoices, GST credit Purchase Order. Knowledge of shop floor & manpower supervision. Good epertise of inventory management. Knowledge of good commercial acumen, excellent negotiation skills to deal with transporters and obtain best rates.
Job Description
- S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) for daily activities. Managing Inventory logistics activities held on day to day basis. Maintaining GRN, Inter-Stock Transfer Notes, Returnable Challans. Strict control on Slow and non-moving materials, etc. Utilizing FIFO, JIT(JUST IN TIME) method in stores, (Batch/Lot) material received. Properly Identifications of Inward material & move to Store. Ensure optimum utilization of available storage Spaces. Maintaining inventory of different class (A B C ) parts. Escalate to daily Shortage report. Daily maintaining inventory. stock transfer to cost center. Weekly Reconciliation of parts. Validity monthly verification physical of Stock. Escalate Hold stock report to management. Insure material availability on line for smooth flow of production.
