  • 1. Knowledge of Purchase of Food/ Nonfood items 2. Good Negotiations skills and awareness about the vendors in the regions for food and non food category vendors 3. Knowledge of AMCs, Housekeeping Items, Consumables, Chemicals, Uniform, shoes, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Pest control, Kitchen Equipments, repairs & maintenance , Services, Calibrations etc 4. Hands on computer, MS office, email, Excel, ERP, and Manual documentation, Data Analysis 5. Good networking and interpersonal , excellent communication skill ( verbal and written) 6. Should be able to work under pressure situation 7. Good team work 8. Able to work in pressure condition and stretch. Salary: Not Disclosed by Recruiter

Job Description

  • . Inflation control in Food / Non food category 2. Identify Evaluate vendors for all types of AMCs , Housekeeping Items, Consumables, Uniform, shoes, Civil, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Pest control, Kitchen Equipments, repairs, Services, Calibrations and other food articles etc 3. Closure of Food / Non food request 4. Closure of Contract documentations for all Food / Non Food Contracts 5. Closure of AMCs 6. Closure of One Time Purchase Orders 7. Identify and Evaluate Food/ non food vendors 8. Maintain trackers for Uniform and Shoes, Site issue etc 9. Attend Operations meetings, Site visits and close ongoing issues related to Supply and quality 10. On time Closure of MIS reports 11. Ensure vendor payments are released on time 12. Vendor Audits Food / Non food 13. Working knowledge of ERP ( Optimum) 14. Support to Regional Team members for other activities like Vendor audits, Systems, MIS etc 15. Site support for Material / ERP (optimum), Weekly meetings with operations 16. Excellent co-ordination with internal and external customers ( Finance, Category buyers, Operations, QHSE, Vendors, Sites team) 17. Team Management and Team building 18. Achieve all KPIs and per the target set 19. Review on region performance with in team and with Manager
