Job Description
- We are looking to hire a Marketing Analytics Manager to optimize the practice of measuring, managing and analyzing marketing performance to maximize its effectiveness and maximize return on investment (ROI). With direct reporting into Head - Marketing of the company, you will be responsible for optimising the marketing budget to establish consistent tracking, KPIs, and dashboards, plus develop insights into campaign impact on customer acquisition, revenue, brand awareness, and more. Primary responsibilities include: - Driving the analytics agenda in the space of marketing campaigns - To build, design & track Campaigns strategy across channels (outbound, inbound, social media, paid portals etc.) - To create customer journey/ life stages relevant from the marketing campaigns standpoint & define data analytics driven strategies for catching the Customer in the Moment of truth (to cross-sell) - Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders and providing key inputs while designing of campaigns - Work on paid campaigns using Google AdWords and Facebook Ads Manager - Reporting campaign performance and creating monthly dashboards - Lead & drive campaigns optimization through new ideas & techniques Basic requirements are: - Business Analytics experience with certifications from premium B-schools or renowned analytics institutions ( Full-time Certifications are preferred) - Experience in creating statistical models for extracting actionable insights - Sound working knowledge with tools - R (mandatory), Python or SAS (preferred) - Good communication skills and clarity of thought while discussing ideas - Strong understanding of various digital platforms - Comfort with operating in the VUCA environment - MBA with Digital Marketing experience preferred.
