- 1. Providing the ROI of Project Sales Marketing Activities. Principal Accountabilities: Responsibility: Sales / Market Development (Project Sales Development): Supporting Activities: Ensure to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly targets. Monitor on time delivery to the customer. Responsible for on time resolution of customer complaints related to sales and service. Monitor customer preferences and determine various leads for Project sales. Coordinate effectively with builders, contractors, consultants etc. for project order / identifying leads etc. Ensure ontime generation of new Project leads with reports. Ensure ontime completion of existing Project visits with reports. Work closely with immediate manager to maintain stock availability. To gather the data of competitors activities & discuss the same with HOD. Ensure to collect sales / market data on regular basis and update the same. Relationship building with key customer accounts. Support builders, consultants, and contractors etc.in implementing policies and operating procedures to ensure operational effectiveness of business. Coordinate effectively with builders, contractors, consultants etc. to implement policies and operating procedures. To support immediate manager in product approvals in respective region. Ontime & effective preparation and submission of reports on Daily & fortnightly basis Ensuring product visibility : Identify customer needs and ideas for product / market development. Interact regularly with potential and existing customers to apprise them on new product offerings / developments. Obtain feedback on quality of products and service and convey the same internally. Educate Builders, Plumbers, Contractors, and Consultants etc. on products / product portfolios. To maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events. Branding / Promotional activities: Ensure ontime & effective execution of various branding & sales promotional activities (Ensure regular promotional activities like exhibitions, display outlets, etc.) Work closely with the Brand executive to have regular plumber/consultant awareness programs (Ensure ontime completion of influencers meet.) Keeps abreast of product applications, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends. Participates in various conferences, seminars etc. Payment follow up: Keeping follow up schedule for payment in consultation with immediate manager. Ensure recovery of outstanding dues from customers ontime.
