Job Description

  • Responsible for the Freight Selling for Import for Sea and Air Freight. Identify customer base and convert them into opportunities. Taking Queries from Client as per business size, volume and other relevant details. Taking appointment and then meeting to convince for business. Creating new corporate key accounts, managing Existing Accounts, And Building Strong Relationship with decision makers. Develop Pricing Strategy as per market situation with the heads of sales management. Co-ordinate with operations department to know the shipment status and update the clients. Coordinating with operations team for all clearance parts in sea and air freight. Handling overseas agents co-ordination. Keep management updated of development in the Exim trade. Educating customers on services available Creating and providing daily reports to management. Assisting customers for preparation of shipment and documents. - Promote and grow their Air and Sea freight services (both imports and exports). - Promote the company name and values. - Cold calling, quoting new business and close new business. - Maintaining a healthy pipeline of customers/ accounts. - Reporting weekly activities and monthly achievements to your line manager. - Updating the CRM system. - Achieving an agreeable target every year. - Developing new ideas/ strategies. - Must be willing to travel in India
