Handling big OEM accounts from order taking upto final delivery to customer i.e. Order taking, order processing, despatches and forecasting.. Correspondence with customers regarding their order status, inquiries, samples and payments. Looking after entire supply chain, international logistics with very good commercial & geographical knowledge globally. Supervising order booking in ERP and scrutinising all orders for billing and despatch Regular meeting with production and planning department for forecasting, billing and despatch End to end order entry, execution and well versed with documentation and procedure. Follow up with freight forwarders for status of the shipment. Follow up with customer for order, payment and commercial issues. Handling / clearing all 3rd party inspections as per the destination country requirement. Verifying / approving Letter of Credit (LC) for all exports / imports and negotiation of export documents with bank.
