Job Description
- In-depth knowledge of International accounting and legal compliance. 2. Good knowledge of International Tax & State Tax laws and recent tax reforms. 3. Good knowledge of International Tax returns and compliance required under various state tax laws. 4. Familiar with the Integration of accounting system for the newly acquired companies. 5. Support the audit procedures in accordance with the Generally Accepted Auditing Standards 6. Excellent knowledge of excel, PowerPoint presentations. 7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills 8. Self-motivated individual with extreme attention to detail and organizational skills 9. Prepare and present the financial / management reports to the senior finance team. 10. Perform deep dive analysis and identify opportunities to save cost, assure revenue 11. Engaged in analyzing variances for Actual Vs Budget/Forecast and providing commentaries to executive leadership team and group for consolidation.
