  • Mandatory Skills 8+ years experience in Core Java & 4+ years experience in Technical and Project Management Technical Skills 8+ years of hands-on Software Development experience 8+ years of experience in Java Web Application Development 4+ years of experience in Angular 2/ Angular 4/ Angular 5 and latest Hands on experience in Core Java with good in OOPS Concepts Hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap and XML Framework: Spring, Struts, Hibernate Webservices, JDBC, Hibernate Hands on experience in jQuery, Javascript & Ajax Framework Hands on experience in the Web service Development Hands on experience in Eclipse IDE, Version Control System CSV/SVN/other Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Struts , Spring MVC) Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Multithreading, Transaction management etc.) Hands on experience in Apache Tomcat / JBoss Degree in Computer / Electrical Engineering, Degree in Computer Science

Job Description

  • Management Responsibility A great mentor that is responsible for leading a development team, and responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables Demonstrate Leadership Qualities Provide management and administrative support to project team and ensure program deliverables are met timely and efficiently Plan and communicate project direction, plan and status to the customer, project team and leadership Responsible for defining the project processes and best practices and also ensure compliance to the processes defined to ensure quality delivery at the right time Responsible for interacting with the Business Users to understand the requirements and identify the relevant epics and stories in collaboration with Business Analysts Participate in technical design discussions with Tech Lead, Architect and QA to ensure adequate level of detail is captured in the stories Responsible for working with the Technical Lead to help remove any technical roadblocks & aid in ensuring implementation continuity during the iteration Attend program/project-related status meetings to share relevant updates with Project Stake Holders and analyse variations and take corrective actions for the observed variations Mentor and train team members as necessary in the agile methodology Provide management and administrative support to project team, including recruiting support and release documentation (Service Requests, Change Requests, etc.) Participate in the team development activities Excellent verbal and written communication skills
