Job Description

• 8-10+ years in telesales operations with increasing responsibility Inside sales leader with a passion to grow team and work closely with onsite sales teams to generate discussion/opportunities and occasionally close them as required. Global experience of working with Practice and LOB leaders to derive the strategy that works best to generate business opportunities Understanding of basic technology solutions like ERP, CRM, ITSM and other enterprise applications. Support Inside sales teams to achieve their target and lead with example Create sales revenue targets and plan for teams Report on status against this plan on a weekly basis to executive team and management. Manage the inside sales team to achieve goals using the standard processes and procedures Coach individuals for performance improvement Support deal closings as needed for individual sales Work with delivery/pre-sales team, marketing team etc to create and deliver required support/training programs Proficiency in sales automation systems (Salesforce) analytics and reporting, plus managing teams to optimally update and enforce the system
