Job Description
- . Formulating the short and long-term Marketing strategies in line with the Corporate Business Plan 2. Ensure that customers are satisfied and delighted at all times. Customer Relationship management. Analyzing and monitoring customer behavior. 3. Maintaining the Marketing efforts at desirable levels and ensure continual improvement to ensure that the results are achieved as per planned strategies. 4. Achieving given targets. Keeping top management aware about new business opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses. 5. Monitoring of Department activities so that all corporate goals and targets are met. Troubleshooting as and when required. Maintaining excellent synergies with supporting departments. 6. Implementing and monitoring contemporary business practices and initiatives such as TS-16949, JIT, and ISO 14001 etc. 7. Guiding juniors in Operational issues, Handling RFQs, Customer interaction. Continuous improvement by delegation of work. 8. Utilizing the available human resources at optimum levels and ensuring the personal growth of subordinates. Ensuring morale is always at high levels. 9. Training and development of personnel to maintain the skill pool at desirable levels. 10. Involved in final negotiation and pricing of all products. Evolve strategies to emerge and remain as market leader. 11. Close personal equations with all customers so that there is a personal relationship in the business. 12. Work on development of newer and diversified products. 13. Coordination of all developmental activity for customers. 14.
